All goods are dispatched in protective packaging to avoid damage in transit. We usually deliver within 48 hours. We reserve the right to exclude shipping to certain regions and/or addresses. We only deliver within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

Returns & Replacements
We test all products we dispatch and pack them to resist damage however if on arrival you find your goods to be faulty they must be returned in their original packaging within 2 days of receipt. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee and we recommend you use an insured recorded delivery. On receipt of your goods we will inspect and issue the necessary refund or replacement through our system. Goods marked carry a 12 to 24 months warranty included in the box, please call us if you have any questions.
